INVITATION TO SERVE ON THE AUDIT COMMITTEE OF BOXING SA
The Boxing SA, a juristic person established in terms of Section 4 of South African Boxing Act, 11 of 2011, hereby invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Independent members wishing to serve on its Audit Committee as required in terms of Section 51 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Act No. 1 of 1999, (as amended by Act 29 of 1999), and Section 3 of the Treasury Regulations issued in terms of the PFMA.
